Top 5 reasons to stay with us
It’s All About Location, Location, Location.
Surrounded by the cobblestone streets, elegant brownstones and famous monuments of Baltimore’s historic Mount Vernon neighborhood, Indigo Baltimore is still just minutes from the Inner Harbor, Johns Hopkins University and the Peabody Institute.
A Toast To Baltimore’s Best New Bar.
Our own Poets Modern Cocktails & Eats was named the "Best New Bar in Baltimore" by City Paper. Locals have made it their preferred watering hole, thanks to reasonably priced cocktails, our signature Poets Gold Ale, and – hands-down – the city’s best Happy Hour.
We’re New, But Our Roots Run Deep.
Don’t let our newcomer status fool you. Our stately and historic West Franklin Street building is a Baltimore landmark dating back to 1882, when it served as the city’s first YMCA. Inside, you’ll find fresh, modern interiors and a staff of locals who know this city inside out.
Our Parking Won’t Bust Your Budget.
In a city where parking your car can average $32 a day, Indigo Baltimore partners with a secure, city-owned parking garage directly across the street to offer guests parking for just $12 a day during the week and $5 on weekends.
We Love Your Pet (Almost) As Much As You.
We believe traveling with your pet is priceless – so we don’t make it prohibitively pricey. In fact, Indigo Baltimore charges a one-time, flat-fee of $25 (the lowest rate you’ll find citywide) to cover healthy gourmet treats and a custom dog bowl for your pooch.
“Great Property in the Heart of Baltimore”
The hotel was in a great location with a new, clean lobby. Staff were very friendly and the public spaces were great. The art in the hotel is local and unique - a big plus from a contemporary hotel. The rooms are also in the same style with great, colorful furniture. I would easily stay here again.nicole g
“Checking out a nearby wedding venue”
Well appointed hotel in the middle of a very cool neighborhood with abundant choices for dining and cultural activities. The Staff is professional, clearly well trained, and attentive to the guests particular needs. They are pet friendly. There are a variety of rooms, some larger, some with higher ceilings, some routine. The bar and restaurant are friendly and the lobby is relaxing.Zypher2015
“Excellent service, perfect hotel”
Stayed here for 4 nights - was attending a conference at the convention center, which was an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. the service was exceptional - all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are five or six tasty local restaurants near by that we visited during our stay. Highly recommendAnamunro
“Perfect Hotel! Great Location!”
The hotel is beautiful!!! The staff couldn't be nicer! I was able to upgrade to the bi-level suit! It was well worth it! The food is amazing!!! It's within walking distance to the inner harbor and the parking is easy and cheap!! There is two garages close to the hotel!ashcruz48
“Hotel is perfect, location is great, highly recommend.”
We stayed two nights and loved the hotel and location--so much to see in the area, Walters Art Museum, Pratt Library, Peabody Library, Lexington Market. Mt Vernon Marketplace, Washington Monument, Edgar Allen Poe's house, just to name a few. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a literary theme a la Edgar Allen Poe. The interior is elegant, yet comfortable with a sitting area that has a large fireplace surrounded with bookshelves filled with old books. The rooms are well-appointed and have Aveda bath products. The staff was extremely nice, very professional, and helpful. The parking garage is across the street and cheap. We ate at the hotel restaurant, Poets, one evening and all I can say is --YUM! The food was wonderful. We stay in the Hotel Indigo in Dadeland in Miami and wanted to try this one. Happy we did--it was perfect. We live close enough and will come back to visit the area and and definitely eat at Poets, again. Highly recommend.jeweltones
